Our company intends to build the “Shanxi Jinyan Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Phase II 2.53 million tons/year 7.1-meter top-mounted coking project”. In accordance with the "Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (Ministerial Order No. 4), the full text of the environmental impact report to be submitted for approval and the description of public participation are hereby disclosed to the public.
