　　The site of the 50,000-ton/year ultra-high-modulus carbon fiber raw material project of Xiaoyi Jianneng Coal Chemical Technology Development Co., Ltd. is located in Wutong Coal Chemical Park, Xiaoyi City, Shanxi Province. The location of the site is conveniently located. It is close to the S223 highway on the west side, about 853m from the S223 highway, and about 560m west of the Jiexi Railway Line.The total investment of the project is 489 million yuan.On September 28, 2016, the Xiaoyi Municipal Bureau of Economic and Information Technology issued Circular [2016] No. 89 with the Xiaojing Letter for the record of the project. The main construction content of this project is the raw material coal tar inventory device, coal tar pre-disposal device, primary heat polymerization separation device, secondary heat polymerization separation device, light oil disposal device, product storage device and related public auxiliary facilities.It has formed an estimated annual output of 50,000 tons of ultra-high modulus carbon fiber raw materials, 120,000 tons of modified asphalt, 72,000 tons of carbon black oil and other related by-products production capacity. This project complies with the relevant requirements of the "Catalogue of Guidance on Industrial Structure Adjustment (2011 Edition)" (revised in 2013) and the "Interim Measures for the Filing of Enterprise Investment Projects in Shanxi Province", and complies with relevant national laws and regulations.
